"I had a great experience working with Chageria. I originally reached out because my insurance rates kept going up and I wanted to see what other options were out there. She actually took the time to go through my current policy with me, explained what I was paying for, and pointed out a few things I did not even realize I was missing. What I appreciated most was that she never made me feel pressured to switch. She just gave me the information and let me make the decision. I ended up getting better coverage at a price that made a lot more sense for my family.
