"I am extremely disappointed with the lack of responsiveness and professionalism from Nicole Turner. I first provided the necessary documentation on September 25, 2023, confirming my roof was fully updated as required by my insurance policy. Despite multiple follow-ups, my policy’s declaration page still incorrectly states that the last update was in 2016. I emailed Nicole on February 28, 2024, and after receiving no response from her or her staff. I called her office requesting a callback from one of her staff, and I was told that I should receive a call from Nicole or their manager within 3 days. Today is March 13, and I have yet to receive any response. This level of disregard for a policyholder is unacceptable. Not only am I dealing with property damages, but I also have to chase this office just to ensure my policy reflects accurate information. The claim agent mentioned they have reached out multiple times with no response from Nicole’s office. This raises serious concerns about whether my policy is being handled fairly and accurately. To be clear, I am not asking for a favor—I am requesting the service that I pay for to be available when I need it. Meanwhile, my insurance premium has gone up, but the service and professionalism have hit rock bottom. I expect an immediate resolution. If you value clear communication, responsiveness, and proper handling of your policy, I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for your insurance needs."

"I’ve been with this insurance company for awhile in the beginning it was good . During my experience with being with them for a while the customer service started to change over the years. The rates kept fluctuating up and down and never stayed the same so that’s why the situation happened the way it happened. The agent Maria told me since I’ve found a cheaper quote you need to go with them, never tried to help me to figure it out with me, laughing at the state that I was in. Maria never helped the situation, kept cutting me off while I was talking. So if you all decided to pick State Farm, do not pick this location go to another location area. I’ve been with State Farm with this location since 2021 and had nothing but problems. They never tried to even help the situation, kept messing up my policy during the years never again!!!"
